If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, you may ship your package by mail back to TokerPack and we will refund you the purchase cost (excluding all s&h). We reserve the right to refuse refund or issue only a partial refund if the products are not returned or have been partially used/damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will only be considered within 30 days of the product’s purchase date. After that, you may simply contact customer service regarding your request and we will consider it on a case by case basis, but no refunds are guaranteed after 30 days.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to not be the package you ordered, please contact customer service immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
